Questions & AnswersAsk a Question
I've never bought something like this, I want to buy this for a couple non professional young girls to paint faices to small children... Is this kits has everything they need or do I have to purchase something else....?
Hello! Yes this kit will give you all the basics to get you started. It includes 12 paints, 4 glitters, 50 stencils and 2 brushes. You can start using the paints and brushes to create some amazing designs. If you want to keep it simple then use the adhesive stencils included for free - simply stick them on the skin and then dab paint over them with one of the included brushes or a sponge if you have one handy (sponges are not included in the kit). I hope that helps!!
Do I need a primer I want to buy this kit for my Alice wonderland look
Hello! Most people don't use a primer, so you don't need it, but there's nothing to stop you from using one if you wish.
Are the colors bright and opaque do they cover well?
Thanks for your question! Yes the colors are very bright and opaque. Check out these pictures all done with our pro paints: https://www.bo-buggles.com/pages/learn-to-face-paint-with-bo-buggles
Hope that helps :)
Approximately how many faces can be painted with this kit alone
Hi there! It all depends on how much paint you use and how intricate the designs are, so that is a difficult question to answer. As a rough guide for small cheek art you could probably paint 100s of faces but for full face intricate designs it would be less, but still probably over 100. I hope that helps :)
Ok this is probably the dumbest question. I purchased this for Halloween and LOVE it. My daughter was a sugar skull and everyone thought she was wearing a mask!! 😂😂 Although I love the colors, I couldn’t figure out how to use the glitter! The paint dries really quick which makes it hard to get it to stick. Plus I couldn’t figure out how to apply it! Ugh. Help.
Hello! The easiest way to use the glitter is to dust it over damp paint with a brush. If you find the paint is drying quickly then you'll need to do apply the glitter quickly after the paint application. Even when the paint is dry some glitter will naturally stick to it. You can also use a brush that is damp with water. Some people also mix a bit of glitter in the paint and apply a mix of paint and glitter (if you do mix them make sure you do it on a separate surface like an old plate or cup). I hope that helps :)
